A brief message from the 2011 President:
It is quite an honor and privilege for the opportunity to introduce you to the official website of the Esan Association of Edo State, Nigeria, Southern California Chapter (EsanSoCal).
I am aware of the fact that the website is just one of the many avenues and tools to connect with one another and to seek for information. However, there is also the human touch; and that is why I am encouraging every son and daughter of Esanland to go the extra mile and contact any of the executive committee members for more information concerning our great Association.
My goal, and indeed that of the association, is to inquire about those among us of Esan heritage who are yet to become active members of our family away from home. I can assure you that there is nothing to lose from identifying yourself with your heritage; indeed there is a lot to gain from it because as we all know, “no one is an island”.
